1) What does the 2 ~ 2.5 hour tour mainly consist of??
A.Usually, we will have time to visit Bikini Island sandbar & swing, we will see Turtles, maybe see Ray fish or Dolphins and we can go snorkeling.
Our most popular tour is 3 hours so that there is time to do the above and extra snorkle or skurf ( like water skiing but easier )or visit Coco's Island
2) What are the Departure Times
Morning departure choose from 8 am, 8.30am, or 9 am
Lunch time 12.30pm
Sunset usually approximate 3.30pm for a 3 hour tour and later for a shorter tour. Times alters slightly depending on the time of year and of the sunset.
Different times can be arranged where necessary
3) What do people do on a longer tour of 3 or 4 hours?
A. A longer tour gives us time to do some of the following;
Visit Coco's Island
Go to an extra snorkeling spot
Get a short Skurf lesson and go Skurfing behind the boat ( Easy to learn and very fun to do ) It is like water skiing behind the boat but with a large surf boat and much easier than water skiing
Visit Ceiti Bay
Visit Sella Bay
If you have brought your own food and drinks then you may want time to picnic at Bikini Island Sandbar.
4) What happens to the tour if it rains on the day of tour?? What if it is stormy?
A. Some people want to go out on a tour even if it rains and often it only rains for a short while. However, if there is going to be a lot of rain, then I can cancel the tour for no charge. If the weather is stormy and not safe then I will cancel the tour.
5) When is the best time for a tour?? Is the sea in Guam in January for snorkeling cold or warm??
A.The sea is warm all year round in Guam. Usually over 80 degrees. I like early morning tours the best as there are rarely other boats in the water
6) Is the snorkeling point a deep sea or shallow sea area?? My kid has no experience snorkeling, so he may be scared.
A. Usually we can go to a shallow spot to show beginners how to snorkel and sometimes they can progress to a deeper spot very quickly. For years I worked on beaches and pools as a life guard reducing swimmers, so I have a lot of experience with safety.
7) And what about safety?
A. I have years of experience on the water and on beaches and at swimming pools lifeguarding. I will do my best to make sure the conditions are safe. However you are 100% responsible of taking care of your safety, making sure you hold on when we are going fast, listen and follow Captains instructions, don't dive off the boat into shallow water, making safe decisions etc...
